Instead of spending hours navigating traffic in a large rig or mastering the art of the weight-distribution hitch, you’re free to focus on what actually matters—prepping the ultimate cooler, double-checking your hiking gear, or finally finishing that "Out of Office" playlist. By letting the Host handle the haul, you’re essentially buying back the first and last day of your vacation.
During the booking process:
Find Your Rig: Go to the RV listing you’re eyeing.
Toggle to "Get it Delivered": If the Host offers this service, you’ll see this option clearly on the page. Select it to proceed.
Pin Your Location: A window will pop up asking, "Where would you like the RV delivered?" Start typing your destination (the exact street address works best), and our system will auto-populate the exact spot.
-
Choose Your Setup: You’ll be asked to choose between two styles of stay:
"Yes, I plan to drive": Choose this if you want the RV dropped off at point A, but you plan on driving or towing it to point B later.
-
"No, it will stay parked": Choose this for a 100% stationary experience.
Delivery and setup are optional additional services provided by your Host. The delivery fee is set by the Host and can vary based on distance, fuel, and the time required for setup. You’ll see the exact cost added to your total before you confirm, so there are never any surprises.
For Stationary Rentals: If you select "No, it will stay parked," your protection plan automatically switches to our Stationary Protection Package. This usually lowers your total cost since you aren't "on the road." Just remember, if you choose this, the RV must stay put during your whole trip to keep your insurance coverage valid!
Send the Request: Click or tap Confirm and wait for your Host to accept. Once they give the thumbs up, your booking will be confirmed. If it is an Instant Book listing, your booking will be confirmed immediately upon your submission.
On confirmed bookings:
Don't sweat it. If you’ve already confirmed your booking but realized you’d rather spend your morning at the beach than in the driver’s seat, you can still request delivery pre-departure.
- Head to Your Trip Details: Open the booking you want to change.
Change the Plan: In the "Getting the RV" section, click the "Change how you get the RV" button.
Select Delivery: A window will appear showing the Host’s delivery pricing to help you decide.
-
Pick Your Vibe:
Select "Yes, we're hitting the road!" if you plan to move the rig later.
-
Select "No, we're staying in one place" for that stationary stay.

Review the Shift: Check the pricing change. You’ll see if there’s an additional cost or if your total is being reduced (which can happen sometimes when switching to a Stationary Protection Package).
