As a host, you’d need to reach out to your roadside assistance service provider to see what their policy covers. Third-party roadside assistance can be used instead of Outdoorsy’s coverage if you have your own service, but Outdoorsy’s roadside assistance coverage cannot be used in conjunction with another roadside assistance service for the same incident.
Roadside & Technical Assistance provided by Coach-Net is currently included in eligible bookings with a purchased Outdoorsy Protection Package.
Please note if the guest does not call Outdoorsy roadside assistance to request service, or attempt to reach out via the host or the Outdoorsy Breakdowns team, roadside assistance will likely not reimburse if the guest finds assistance on their own. A request can still always be submitted for reimbursement consideration, since all requests are investigated individually.
