You will generally pick up the vehicle directly from the Host. They may be an individual Host or one of our many professional dealer partners.
During both pick-up and drop-off, you will need to allow extra time for vehicle walkthroughs, operational instructions, damage inspections, etc. Plan accordingly!
- During pickup, give yourself 30-60 minutes to complete everything
- During drop-off, give yourself 45 minutes
Note! Make sure you work through the Outdoorsy App virtual handoff process with your trip Host. It’s important documentation for both Guests and Hosts when it comes to claims.
