At Outdoorsy, we’re all about the journey—and that includes total clarity on your travel funds. Whether you’ve racked up rewards by referring your crew or opted for a credit after a change in plans, we’ve made sure you have a clear trail of every dollar.
Think of this guide as your personal roadmap to the Travel Credit Ledger, where you can check your current balance and see exactly how each credit joined you for the ride.
How do I check my Travel credit balance and history page?
Whether you’ve earned rewards by referring friends or received a credit from a past booking, keeping track of your travel funds is easy. Your Outdoorsy account features a dedicated Travel Credit Ledger that acts as a complete financial trail, showing you exactly how and when your balance changes. Here is how to view your current balance and dive into your transaction history.
On the web:
The website is the best place to go if you want to see your full history (how you earned them and where you spent them) rather than just the total amount.
Log in to your account at Outdoorsy.com.
-
Check the top-right corner: You should see a Credits button. Your current total balance is displayed directly on this button.
Note: The button will show your total credit balance, including any credits you may have from successful referral programs.
Click the Credits button: This opens your full credit history here, including referral rewards.
Alternatively:
Log in to your Outdoorsy account
On the top-right corner of your Outdoorsy home page, click your avatar (profile photo) or initials (if you have not set up a photo yet)
Look for any credit balance displayed
On app:
The app is great for a quick balance check, though it may not show the granular history available on the web.
Log in to your Outdoorsy Guest app
Tap your avatar (profile photo) or initials
Select the option labeled "Refer friends, earn credits." Your current balance should be visible within this section.
Which transactions should appear in the Travel credits and history page?
To ensure full transparency for the Guest, the Travel Credit Ledger acts as a complete financial trail. Every event that moves the needle on their balance—whether it's a "win" from a friend or a "return" from a cancellation—must be documented.
