How soon can I leave a post-trip review?
You can leave your post-trip review as soon as you have completed your digital key exchange for return. The option for you to leave a review via the 5-star review widget will immediately appear after you've completed your return.
How do I leave a post-trip review?
Leaving a review was made easy for Guests. Once you've completed your digital key exchange for return in the Outdoorsy Guest app, proceed with the following steps:

On the web:
Navigate: Go to your Trip Details page.
Rate: Locate the Five-Star Rating Widget at the top of your Trip details page. Select the number of stars that reflect your experience (1 = lowest, 5 = highest).
Start Review: Click the Leave a Review button.
Describe Your Trip: In the "Describe your experience" field, share the highlights of your journey, how the RV performed, and your experience communicating with the Host.
Add Visuals: Tap Add Photos to upload pictures from your trip. (Everyone loves seeing the RV in the wild!)

Categorize: Click Next to provide specific ratings (1–5 stars) for:
Host Communication
Cleanliness
Mechanical Performance
Value
Listing Accuracy
Recommend: Select Yes or No on whether you would recommend this specific vehicle to others.
Finalize: Click Submit Review to share your feedback with the community!
On the app:
Navigate: Go to your Trip Details page.

I made a mistake, and I want to update my review. What should I do?
No worries! If you need to fix a typo or change your rating, you can edit your review within 14 days of your return date. Once that window closes, the review becomes permanent.
On the web:
Navigate to Trips: Log in and go to your Trips page.
Locate the Booking: Select the Inactive tab to find your completed bookings.
Open Trip Details: Click on the specific booking you wish to update.
Edit Your Review: Click the Edit your review link, make your changes, and click the Submit review button once done.
On the app:
Navigate to Trips: Log in and tap the Trips icon in the navigation bar.
Filter for Inactive: Tap the filter icon in the top-right corner and select the Inactive filter to find your completed bookings.
Select the Booking: Tap the specific trip containing the review you want to edit.
Locate Your Rating: Scroll down the Trip details page until you see your current star rating (1–5 stars).
Edit Review: Tap the Edit trip review button to open the editing interface.
Submit Changes: Make your necessary edits and tap the Update review button to save your changes.
It's past the 14-day review window period, and I still want to leave or edit a review. What should I do?
If you missed the deadline or need to make a correction after the window has closed, please reach out to Outdoorsy Customer Support. While the system automatically locks reviews after 14 days to ensure timely feedback, our team can manually review requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
