Market value: It is a researched estimate of its current resale value.

Market value: You may consult J.D. Power (formerly NADA Guides) for "book value" or cross-reference similar listings on RV Trader to see real-time market demand.
Why are they needed? Accurate mileage helps with maintenance tracking, and the market value ensures the insurance policy properly covers your rig during a rental.
At Least 5 High-Quality Photos
What it is: A visual tour of your rig, including a "Hero" shot (exterior 3/4 view) and clear images of the interior’s main living, sleeping, and utility areas.

How to get it: Use a smartphone on a bright, overcast day or during "Golden Hour" (shortly before sunset) to avoid harsh shadows.
Pro Tip: Clear all personal clutter (towels, trash cans, dishes). Always shoot in Landscape (horizontal) mode; vertical photos often appear cropped or stretched in search results.

Listing Name and Description

Bank Account & Tax Information

What they are:
Bank Account details (Routing and Account numbers): Your bank’s 9-digit routing number and your individual account number. This is the destination where your rental earnings will be deposited.

Tax Information (Social Security Number or EIN): Your Social Security Number (SSN) for individuals or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for businesses and LLCs.
Note: Tax information is strictly required for hosts who are based in the U.S. or renting out a vehicle within the U.S.

Bank account details: Log into your online banking portal or check a physical checkbook.
Tax information: Refer to your Social Security card, your IRS SS-4 confirmation letter, or a previously filed Form W-9.

Why are they needed?
Bank account details: We can't pay you without a connected account! Linking this up-front ensures your funds are transferred automatically as soon as a rental is completed.
Tax information: This is required by the IRS for year-end 1099 reporting. Providing this information during onboarding ensures you stay compliant and—most importantly—helps you avoid automatic "backup withholding" (where the platform is legally required to hold a percentage of your earnings for the IRS).
ID & Vehicle Registration (for Persona)

Note: Only the front of the ID is required for upload
Vehicle Registration: The official document issued by your local DMV (or local equivalent) or transport authority that proves your RV is registered for road use.
