You’ve booked a vehicle and are getting stoked for your trip – hooray!
Now, let’s say you want to change your payment method after you’ve booked your trip. No problem! Depending on when your trip departs, different charges and authorizations can occur at different times.
As a result, you may want to update the payment method associated with your existing reservation. Here’s how to do that, while logged into your account on our website:
- From the dropdown in the upper right—your profile photo or initials—select Trips
- Select the booking you wish to update
- Scroll down until you see the section Payment & Cancellation, and click to expand it
- Click the ‘Change payment method’ button
- That’ll bring up a pop-up allowing you to change your payment method for the specific reservation. You can also check a box to ‘set this as your default payment option’ for all bookings.
- Click ‘Confirm Request’ to save the changes, and you’ll be all set.
