Other Members and Users
To help facilitate listings and rentals, we will need to share information regarding your account with us (such as name, email address, phone number and date of birth) with other Outdoorsy Members and Users. Your information will only be shared with such Members or Users to the extent you transact or interact with them.
Insurance Industry Partners
To handle claims, we may disclose your Personal Information to insurers, reinsurers, insurance intermediaries, brokers, underwriters, insurance reference bureaus, medical service providers, fraud detection agencies, our advisers, loss adjusters, lawyers, accountants and others involved in the claims handling process. As permitted by law, we may also disclose Personal Information to insurance industry partners such as:
- Third party insurance rate advisory organizations and other organizations who compile commercial databases of insurance and financial information;
- Guaranty funds or agencies; and

Third-Party Vendors

We take our responsibility to protect the security and privacy of Personal Information seriously.
