Deciding how to take your listing down depends on how long you need a break and what you want to happen to your listing data.
Snooze (Temporary Break): Perfect for routine maintenance or taking your own family vacation. Snoozing hides your rig from search results for a set amount of time (up to 180 days). All your photos and vehicle details are securely saved.
Unpublish (Indefinite Break): Perfect for an extended pit stop. Unpublishing hides your listing from searches indefinitely until you manually turn it back on. All your photos and vehicle details are saved, so you don't have to start from scratch when you return.
Permanently Remove (Forever): Perfect for selling your rig or retiring from hosting. This action permanently deletes your listing, its descriptions, and photos from the website/app. This cannot be reversed.
Pro tip: Think of Snoozing as parking your rig in the garage for the winter, and Unpublishing as putting it in long-term storage—your listing details are waiting right where you left them. Removing your listing is like handing over the title; once you do it, that history is gone for good!
How to Snooze a Listing
Snooze a Listing via the Web
Navigate to your listings: From your Home tab, click the Listings tab.
Select the vehicle: Click View next to the specific listing you want to snooze.
Open publishing options: Click the RV's current status (e.g., Published, Unpublished) located at the top right corner of the listing to see the listing status dropdown options.
Choose snooze duration: Select Snoozed from the dropdown. Enter the number of days you want the listing snoozed (maximum 180 days).
Confirm: Click the Snooze listing button.

Manage your active bookings: If a window appears displaying upcoming confirmed bookings, check the Retain booking box next to any trips you want to honor. Any unselected bookings will be canceled.
Process bookings: Click the Retain and continue button (if keeping trips) or the Cancel booking button (to confirm cancellations) to proceed.
Provide a reason: Choose a reason for unpublishing your listing when prompted, then click Next.
Confirm: Click the Unpublish listing link to finalize.

Locate the removal option: Under the listing's Vehicle tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Initiate removal: Locate and click the Remove listing link.
Manage your active bookings: If a window appears displaying upcoming confirmed bookings, check the Retain booking box next to the trips you want to honor. Any unselected bookings will be canceled.
Process bookings: Click the Retain and continue button or the Cancel booking button to proceed.
Provide a reason: Choose a reason for removing the listing from the provided options.
Confirm permanent deletion: Click the Remove listing button to finalize the deletion.

Confirm permanent deletion: Tap the Remove listing link one last time to finalize the permanent deletion.
Frequently Asked Questions: Taking Your Listing Down
What is the difference between Snoozing and Unpublishing my RV?
Both options hide your rig from guest searches and save all your hard work (like photos and descriptions). The only difference is the timeframe:
Snoozing puts your listing on an automatic timer for a set number of days (up to 180 days).
Unpublishing puts your listing on an indefinite pause until you manually reactivate it.
Will I lose my photos and vehicle details if I hide my listing?
Not at all! If you choose to Snooze or Unpublish, all your photos, descriptions, and vehicle data are safely stored and waiting right where you left them for when you are ready to host again.
What happens if I choose to permanently remove my listing?

Before you hit the brakes and snooze, unpublish, or remove your listing, always check your calendar first! If you have any active reservations, you will need to review them, determine if they need to be canceled, and fully resolve them before you can proceed with taking your listing down.
Will I be penalized if I cancel existing bookings to take my listing down?

Yes, and we highly recommend it! You can absolutely still honor those confirmed trips and proceed with your rentals just like you normally would.
When you go through the steps to unpublish or permanently remove your listing (especially on the app), the system will actually display your upcoming trips and ask you how you want to handle them. Simply select the option Retain booking to keep the specific bookings you plan to fulfill.
