14 or more days before pickup: Full refund of daily rental amount, less the service fee
13 to 5 days before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
4 to 1 days before pickup: 75% cancellation fee
Same-day cancellation: No refund of the daily rental amount
Add-ons, delivery, prep fees, and protection packages: Always 100% refundable
Moderate
14 or more days before pickup: Full refund of daily rental amount, less the service fee
13 to 5 days before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
4 or fewer days before pickup: 100% cancellation fee of the daily rental amount

Strict
14 or more days before pickup: Full refund of daily rental amount, less the service fee

Grace Period
Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if your trip is more than 48 hours away, or within 1 hour if your trip is within 48 hours or less. Please note there is no grace period available for same-day bookings.
Trip Modifications
If a Guest requests a trip modification and the request is approved, that modification does not reset the free cancellation period for the trip. It remains tied to the original booking time.

- Protection & Insurance: Exterior Protection Packages
- Logistics: Delivery fees, Prep fees, and Security Deposit Waivers
- Extras: Any "Add-ons" or extras included in the booking
- Tax: All taxes associated with the items listed above
