This is where taking your pre- and post-trip photos, as well as recording your starting generator hours and mileage comes in handy!
To begin processing post-trip charges for mileage and generator overages, simply log in to your Outdoorsy dashboard. Then, on the "Trip Details" page, enter your RV's ending generator hours and mileage to calculate any overage fees.
For incidentals, locate and select the “Collect charges” button to add details for post-trip costs like extra cleaning fees or toll charges.
Note: Any amount you collect for incidentals will be taken from the Guest’s authorized security deposit or charged directly to their payment method on file, if they opted for the Security Deposit Waiver. Any amount collected for mileage or generator overages is charged directly to the Guest's payment method on file.
