Wondering if you have to lose out on upcoming rental revenue? The short version is likely not! Simply follow these steps to see if your next booking should continue:
- Make sure the damages will in no way impact the safety of your vehicle and that it is roadworthy.
- Take steps to ensure there won’t be more damage as a result of further operation.
- Touch base with your next Guest. Send photos of the vehicle and the damage to your upcoming Guest and ask if they are okay proceeding with the booking before canceling or declining the trip.
If you do need to cancel the booking due to safety reasons, a Guest who does not want to proceed with the booking, or any other reason, you can do so via the Booking Details page in your account. If you experience issues while trying to cancel a booking, please contact our Customer Support team.
