Reach out to the Guest the day before their return date to confirm the drop-off time and location. Once the vehicle is returned, do a thorough walkthrough, make sure to take photos via the Host app, and follow all of the instructions on the digital key exchange via the app. Then you can say goodbye to your Guests and kick back in your RV.
If there is damage to your rig, make sure to take photos and note that within the key exchange. You will also have the opportunity to file a claim right from the key exchange flow, if needed. The Guest will have the opportunity to take photos and acknowledge any damage within the key exchange flow as well.
